Everything worked out well….although we couldn’t possibly visit all the sites and couldn’t possibly eat at all the restaurants, we felt that we had the best information to make the trip an unforgettable experience.

From the “gozzi” in capri to the neighborhood pizzeria at Brandi’s… from the great experience with Audrey in Stabiae and Ricardo in Pompeii, from the taxi transfers that went without a hitch…..the trip was a resounding success.

My wife, who is a harsh critic of all my trips, even admitted that this adventure was a great one.

It was great to be able to ask you questions on the fly ( albeit over a slow internet) and have you give us alternatives( thank your for the info on the Ischia Spa and the gozzi).

Now that I find a little time, I wish to tell you how very much we thank you for all you did to make our recent cruise to the Mediterranean a wonderful success. I know that at times, I probably was a nuiance with all my questions, and I appreciate your patience with me. The Hotel Mozart was very nice (even though we had difficulty finding the entrance originally). The accommodations were very nice and the people and service were exemplary. I definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in such a central location. The tour to the Vatican was as we expected and the people were very nice. We had one problem…..(our own mistake). Luke suggested that we walk from the Vatican, past the Trevi Fountain, back to the hotel. He said the distance didn’t look much more than back to the Metro station were we arrived that morning.  Big Mistake.

I can’t say enough “Thank Yous” to you for whatever you did to get us upgraded to the suite. That was wonderful – the luxury and amenities were unbelievable. After all the walking we did each day, the complimentary use of the thermal spa was invaluable to us and we took advantage of it every day. We really enjoyed the free canapes, fruit, fresh flowers, breakfast at Sabatinis, and the laundry service. We still are not able to understand our luck in getting such a great suite and all the added amenities. Upon learning of our upgrade to such a nice suite, I had several people ask for your name, phone number and internet address for future trips they might plan. Thank you for all your help in making our cruise such a memorable trip.

When we disembarked Michael was right there, the first driver we saw, which relieved my husband’s concern about our trip to the airport. He was very polite, conversed with us on the trip, and gave us good directions as to where to go when entering the terminal. I most definitely will recommend you to others as a travel agent.

I apologize for not writing this to you sooner! Noris and I had a trip of a lifetime  We were very happy with the pace of the trip and with everything that you helped us to plan! The front of the line passes were perfect, the cooking classes were a great mix of private and group and the hotels were all very nice. It was reassuring to know that everything was planned in advance but that we still had flexibility to explore and do things on our own. We got to do touristy type things but in areas that not all tourists go as well which was a real treat.

We will definitely recommend you to anyone that is planning a trip to Italy!
